Jest to najlepsze lokum jakie dotąd udało mi się zarezerwować w Przemyślu. Lokalizacja super, bardzo czyste i przyjemne mieszkanie. Sumienni i elastyczni najemcy. Nie rozumiem jak można nie być zadowolonym z pobytu tutaj.

Lokalizacja dobra, w miarę blisko do starówki idąc przyjemnym deptakiem nad Sanem.
Wyposażenie kuchni najgorsze jakie dotychczas widziałam w wynajmowanych apartamentach. Zużyte stare niekompletne garnki (bez uchwytów), mocno zużyte talerze, sztućce fatalne, niezachęcające do użycia. Łóżko skrzypiące przy każdym ruchu, trudno było usnąć, krzesło w kuchni z rozciętym siedziskiem, siedzisko w kanapie w pokoju to deska z kilkucentymetrową gąbką. W telewizorze tylko 4 niszowe programy
