Friendly and helpful staff, beautiful views, well appointed condo with kitchen and laundry, air conditioning made it comfortable. Very comfortable beds. Nice to have two patios to enjoy views. Parking elevator was well organized and easy to operate.
Pool was too small for number of guests. People put their towels on chairs early in morning to “save”. No chairs available by pool after that. Had to wait for 15 minutes for a seat to eat breakfast. Told at check in to order breakfast on Whats App evening before. But when arrived for breakfast the Spanish only speaking staff did not have that information. Breakfast was mediocre. Golf carts available for guests to rent but when so many were parked in front of condos they blocked the views.
