Un apartamento nuevo, limpio, con todo lo necesario en la cocina, con buenas vistas a la urbanización, sin estar en primera línea d playa, estaba muy cerca de la playa de brazomar, d supermercados, d restaurantes, panaderías...Buen sitio para veranear.
El acceso al apartamento es un poco engorroso, aunque entienda q se haga por seguridad. Tiene plaza d garaje, sí, pero está en otro edificio.

La llegada al apartamento estuvo completamente desasistida, para llegar hasta el apartamento hubo que introducir tres claves. Nadie nos recibió, ni nos explico nada sobre el apartamento, sus servicios.

Mobilier neuf, propreté de l'appartement
Aucun contact avec l'agence ou le propriétaire, il vous est juste envoyé sur WhatsApp ( nous ne parlons pas ou peu espagnol)DES CODES d'accès .3 portes différentes dans une immense résidence.TRÈS DIFFICILE à trouver, heureusement qu'un passant espagnol nous a guidé....à la porte de l'appartement il fallait appeler le N°de tel donné sur WhatsApp qui a distance à "bippé " sur la poignée avec encore code... tout celà en espagnol, il fallait comprendre!!! 30 fois pour que la porte s'ouvre ENFIN!.... LES CLÉS ÉTAIENT A L'INTÉRIEUR. Très difficile d'accès, la place de parking loin et impossible de tourner dedans pour se garer dans un recoin. La mer à 600m. Le pire est que les appartements sont très mal insonorisés.. En juillet et août celà doit être infernal...des chiens aboient ds les appartements...pas de repos possible....
