I wanted a place near Ilford lane to enjoy the shopping area, it was a bit further away but I had my car so the available off street parking was a plus.

The room was just about acceptable, There was no toilet roll but I didn't complain about it but clearly shows there is a bit of negligence from a staff member who should have noticed this on the clean. Some areas of the room was not up to an acceptable standard. The property does need updating, the laminate flooring by the shower room needs attention as it is falling apart. Shower room was tiny but in reality that's what I expected.

The communications with the property owners were great - couldn’t fault them.

The property was unclean; the shower doors were broken, as was the toilet seat; the bed linen had questionable stains on it; there was not enough toilet amenities during our stay; the sofa bed was also broken as one of the metal supports had snapped off. The heating was on throughout the building which made out first night extremely uncomfortable due to the heatwave. The photos on the site were also misleading to the actual room we were staying in.
