London Studio Apartments, Private Bathroom, Kitchenette, Parking, NP4

Nice, safe, clean, comfortable apartment with good wifi. The team managing the property is very professional, friendly, communicative, and helpful. All info is clearly and promptly provided and the level of customer service is a cut above what you typically find when booking London apartments. I’d recommend to anyone looking for a small studio for short-term trips.

The ad lists a few facilities (washing machine, tumble dryer, stovetop, oven) that are not available in all rooms, even though they are advertised this way. When I queried this, I was told that additional facilities were available in bigger apartments at an extra price, but they appear in ads for all rooms. I didn’t receive a reply when I followed this up, which is the only reason I’ve marked the overall score down slightly.

The room was very nice and comfortable in a secure and quiet property with a nice garden view from the window. Quite a small apartment but perfectly suitable for short-term needs. Great communication from the hosts who provided all the necessary information ahead of the stay and talked me through key collection and property entrance upon arrival.

The property advertised a washing machine on the premises but there wasn’t one.

The room was clean and comfortable

Nothing

The communications with the property owners were great - couldn’t fault them.

The property was unclean; the shower doors were broken, as was the toilet seat; the bed linen had questionable stains on it; there was not enough toilet amenities during our stay; the sofa bed was also broken as one of the metal supports had snapped off. The heating was on throughout the building which made out first night extremely uncomfortable due to the heatwave. The photos on the site were also misleading to the actual room we were staying in.
