Prédio histórico e bem localizado. O apartamento é bonito, espaçoso e com bela sacada. No entanto, falta manutenção e notamos diversos problemas: banheiro com vazamento, tacos soltos, janelas que não abrem, lâmpadas queimadas.
Falta de manutenção do apartamento. Diversos problemas: banheiro com vazamento, tacos soltos, janelas que não abrem, lâmpadas queimadas. As toalhas e lençóis poderiam estar mais limpas. Com mais cuidado poderia ser um ótimo lugar para se ficar.
