Appartamento nuovissimo e moderno, zona esterna ampia con grande spazio sia per parcheggiare che per chi ha un cane per farlo sgranchire e divertire o per chi ha desiderio di passare del tempo fuori giocando con la palla o con i figli. Non vicino al mare a piedi, ma in auto in 5 minuti è facilmente accessibile. Situato vicinissimo a 2 supermercati, farmacia, a 2 Km dal centro di Marsala, siamo rimasti soddisfatti anche dal fatto che la casa è distribuita in un solo piano, terra. Arredata con quadri colorati molto belli, corredata da condizionatore, lavatrice e gli elettrodomestici più utilizzati
Volendo trovare qualcosina da migliorare per rendere il contesto ancora più confortevole, non guasterebbe la presenza di un forno a microonde per riscaldare velocemente acqua o latte o cibo precotto.
