Good to go to a rugby match, but horrible for hanging out afterwards.

Clean, quiet and extremely convenient to the rugby stadium.

More thought went into photo ops for the decor than comfort. The seating in the room is laughable, no, pitiable. One small uncomfortable stool! Where is more than one person supposed to sit to kick back for hours? Also was told on reservation AND on arrival by the front desk staff that there was a mini-fridge in the room, which was one of the reasons for booking this hotel as we anticipated hanging out with friends in the room after the game. There was no fridge. It was highly inconvenient to be expected to store perishables and drinks at the front desk and run down every time we wanted a cold beverage. There is no market or any other place to obtain snacks or food around this hotel, so you are forced to buy everything from the hotel. I'm sure their restaurant is fine, but it's not the same as being able to relax in your room and snack. And for gosh sakes put a proper chair in the rooms!!!!

They could have more products in the room, such as shampoo and bodylotion. Perhaps see through curtains underneath the current darkening curtains.

Very stylish and a great quality hotel for the price

Deduction of €200 from my account upon entering the hotel deducted immediately, and thus far has not been refunded to me. This is my first experience of this practice. The surrounding area was sufficiently rough that I did not feel comfortable leaving my car overnight, so felt compelled to pay for the hotel parking.

Disappointing. Only one night but unable to relax.

Fairly new hotel built in an area undergoing massive reconstruction. Reception staff were very friendly and spoke good English, which was a bonus. The room was perfectly adequate apart from a lack of soundproofing.

Breakfast was poor. Hot food choice between runny scrambled egg, pancakes and hash browns (a winning combination!) Insufficient cutlery, especially suitable spoons for eating cereal. Coffee mugs were place upside down on the individual tables -- very unhygienic. Poor choice of other foods. The hotel needs to decide whether it wants to cater for its residents or be an imitation Ibizan-style disco. The restaurant surrounds a large circular bar from which loud heavy base disco music is played continuously. It is impossible to hold a conversation whilst dining. The young male staff obviously appreciate it but the dining experience should not be centred around them. Two-course meal for two with one glass of wine each cost 100 euro which seems expensive although the food quality was good.

Exceptional stay, they guaranteed a returning family here.

All staff super friendly and helpful, with special thanks to Martial who showed off his bartending skills with mocktails for our girls who were delighted! Lots of style and nice touches, everywhere super clean, beds very comfortable. Food delicious. Right next to metro for easy ride into city centre.
