Needs some work maintenance wise Dishwasher didn’t work on occasions Washing machine malfunctioned which meant clothes were trapped inside Cleanliness not there kitchen not clean drawers grotty Bedroom fans had so much dust on them I had to clean them before using them

the location was very central everything was in walking distance the family / dining room was a great size for 4 adults the kitchen was OK

pillow were far too soft the 2nd bedroom was too cramped difficult to move around in wasnt really enough room for a bag to be placed on the floor windows in one of the bedrooms could not be opened one of the fans was broken and very noisy no working exhaust fan in the bathroom bare chipped cement on public walkways obviously that work was being done stacks of tiles everywhere the concrete was not even and was a tripping hazard Only one fob given to gain access to the build and with my family of myself and three adult children proved to be quite challenging no coffee, tea bags or sugar left for use whole apartment was quite warm yet the fans were not enough and you could open many of the windows

Location, location, location. View off to the sea was nice. Very close to the centre of town. Able to walk down to the beach. Very quiet at night, though it was a cold Labour Day holiday weekend. The kids were very excited about the bunk beds. Parking under the building was convenient.

Cutlery and crockery were limited, couldn't have had another family as guests for a meal. Shared areas of the building could use some cleaning. Bunk beds squeaked pretty badly. This is a "clean and put away before you leave" property.
