Great place for an overnight. Clean and well-appointed with a comfy bed. Owner thought through everything you might need.

I liked the property was in good distance to food and transportation. I liked that it was cozy and clean. The host replied back within minutes to my questions and made it a comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend and try to book off I came back in town.
This may be silly but I felt like a throw blanket on the sofa would have been nice and a bowl for soup, especially since it was cold - but this attributes more to the accommodations.

It had everything I needed. Being able to garage the car and not have to haul my golf clubs into the room was a big plus! This is a great location! Take out food and restaurants are within walking distance as is the baseball field, golf course, pickle ball/tennis courts, and public pool. The University campus is two blocks away. It is very cozy and comfortable.
The walls are thin so sounds are heard from the street and adjoining unit. A blackout shade for the window over the A/C unit (also noisy) would darken the room for better sleep. It would be handy to have USB outlets in the lamps by the bed for personal devices. Sofa needed cleaning. Needs a plastic tub for washing dishes since the only sink is a bathroom vanity sink.
