Somerset Future Center Wuhan

When it comes to service, this is the BEST Somerset we’ve ever stayed at! The staff are incredibly nice, helpful, and attentive. I accidentally booked fewer days than we needed, and they caught the mistake quickly and helped me arrange an extra night without any trouble. They also offer late checkout, which was very helpful. The staff were wonderful through and through, and our stay was nothing but pleasant. We will 100% stay here again when we’re back in Wuhan. I highly recommend it! The location is also extremely convenient—literally about 30 seconds from the subway station. There’s a mall in the same building, along with a convenient supermarket, so everything you need is right there.

This hotel location is well located and convenient, there is a big mall connected to the hotel, and also has a grocery store and restaurants in the mall. The hotel service is excellent, the breakfast served so well where the hotel chef is so dedicated to prepare the breakfast , and also serve fresh noodles cooked for us every morning, really much appreciated. I would like to have a Big Thank You to Amy Qi and Daisy Da. They provided an excellent service during our stay. We are so happy to stay with Somerset Wuhan Hotel, it is a highly recommend to stay with this hotel.

It’s clean and the cleaners are super friendly and helpful

Breakfast is a forced to have option. You are unable to opt out. Have ordered a few parcels but constantly being pushed off to take it myself from the basement supermarket with no guidance.
