MARAIS CHIC heart of Paris, premium location !

The apartment is in a great location. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and it’s really easy to get to the bus or metro.

We visited in late May, and the apartment can get pretty hot in the afternoons. It wasn’t unbearable, but if you’re coming during the hotter months, I’d definitely recommend bringing a fan.

This is a very clean property in an excellent location in Le Marais Paris. The property has everything you need. There is plenty of room for 2 to relax after a busy day exploring Paris. The neighborhood it is located in is close to transit and has all kinds of food options including a great boulangerie right outside the entrance to the building. We walked to many of the big sights in Paris. The suite was clean and comfortable. Cédric was very helpful and responded with a few answers to questions I had, very quickly.

The listing states that the unit is on the fifth floor, and it is. Just be prepared to carry your luggage up 5 flights. For a 6 night stay, this was no problem for me.

The apartment is in a great location in the Marais. This is fabulous area to stay with many restaurants and bars, great shops and a great vibe. It is also has great access to the Metro and is close to the likes of Notre Dame and the Louvre. Cédric our host was a great communicator and was always available for any questions. The kitchen is well equipped and with a number of Boulangerie’s close by breakfast was easy and cheap.

The apartment is very small and while this is common in Paris this was impacted also by the sloping ceilings. The bathroom was tiny and the bedroom also small and getting into the small double bed on one side was an obstacle course dodging the ceiling. The apartment is on the 5th floor without a lift, this was not prominent on the website. Accessing the apartment, especially with luggage was a struggle for us as 70 year olds. The hot waters service was small so you had to be careful showering to leave hot water for the second person. The apartment is the hosts home so there are lots of locked cupboards and not a great deal of cupboard space for us. Again this was not obvious on the website.

Úžasná lokalita. Velice čisté ubytování. Ochotný majitel, který komunikuje přes WA.

Mrazící box plný potravin majitele. Hodně úložných prostorů v bytě je zamčených, nelze tak užívat. Byt je pod střechou (5. patro), nevhodný tak pro špatně chodící. Kuchyně není vybavena na vaření pro krátkodobé dovolené. Velice úzká postel.
