Manhattan - Stylish 1BR Beachfront on Caseys

L'emplacement est idéal. On peut profiter de la plage qui est en bas de l'allée et admirer le lever du soleil. L'appartement est très bien agencé et la literie est confortable. Il y a tout le nécessaire pour passer un excellent weekend seul/e ou en couple.

Il y avait des cheveux dans la douche, ça ne fait pas très propre... Quand j'arrive dans une location, j'attends une propreté irréprochable de la salle de bain. Je n'aime pas le principe de la caution qui est débitée d'office alors qu'une empreinte de CB suffirait. Par ailleurs, il n'y a pas d'état des lieux. Comment voulez-vous prouver votre bonne foi si jamais quelque chose a été endommagée par un locataire précédent mais l'agence ne s'en rend compte qu'à votre départ à vous ?

The property is right across from Casey’s Beach, so a quick stroll across the street and you’re at the beach. Sanjay is a tremendous host who will answer any questions almost straight away.

The car park is a bit narrow, and you will probably do a five point turn getting your car to fit into the space provided.

Great communication from hosts , kitchen was the best feature with clean & well equipped cooking facilities , good size fridge etc Location to the walking trails & small village of shops & cafes

Walking distance to Casey’s Beach and only a short drive to the shops at Carrigan’s beach. The apartment is a good size. Plenty of space in the kitchen and bathroom. The apartment had its own designated car park. The air conditioner worked well.

The wifi dropped out a lot and frequently on different devices including the TV in the apartment. Clearer signage on the laundry room wall would have meant that we wouldn’t have had to contact the host for clarification. Given this is a beach apartment a clothes horse to hang out beach towels and swimmers to dry would be a good idea. The cleaners need to scrub the tiles in the shower in between stays. On our first morning we had to empty out the coffee machine of its used pods because no one else had and it was jammed up with them. There was no dishwasher in this apartment despite it being mentioned in the materials sent to us. Hanging space for clothes is an issue for this apartment. If it’s only a one or two night stay, you can hang up clothes on the frame around the bed. For a longer stay as ours was, you need access to more wardrobe space to hang up clothes and properly unpack. The wardrobe was locked during our visit. The bed was very saggy and I didn’t get great sleeps staying here.
