The location is perfect. The property was clean, well stocked and had great amenities. Shower pressure was appropriate. It was a short stroll down to the festivals this weekend.
The reason for a less than perfect score were the beds were extremely uncomfortable, especially if you are a side sleeper. Had to sleep on the couch which wasn't much better as it sank to the back. Better mattresses would seriously upgrade the property. Another thing is to have more than 1 chair on the balcony. There were 3 of us and it would have been nice to have additional seating out there.

I didn't like the check in or out times 4 pm and 10 am and for the money for a two day stay and also the cleaning fee was sorta the joke at the end considering I have to strip my beds and take care of all my trash
