That you could look out at the ocean in a convenient position
There is no water out the back to clean fish . The fire alarm was faulty and beeping every so often. The broom is not useable and no mop bucket or mop to do floors. rubbish did not get collected

The location was exceptional
The property is old and not very well appointed. It could use a little TLC

the location is fantastic
the bed was comfortable
on arrival the unit smelt musky.
The doona was too small for the bed. (double on a queen bed).
the whole unit looked tired and was in need of good spruce up
