Nova Beach Super cool seaview apartment

We had a personal welcome and the host has been very communicative and helpful. Clean, spacious apartment with well equipped kitchen. Everything was as described and looked like the photos. The large terrace had a nice view to the beach, mountains and other towns in the distance. In May it gets sun in the morning, but you can move to one of the 2 pools for sunbathing in the afternoon. The terrace had plenty of chairs but only one sunbed. There were also a few portable chairs and a parasol to take to the pool and beach. The outside areas and pools were well maintained. In the middle of May the complex was not even half-full and the pools were not too busy. There's also a jacuzzi and the infinity pool is heated. It's a good location if you like to be away from the high-rise blocks and enjoy some peace and quiet. We didn't have a car and it was fine to walk to the amenities, but there are some hills. The beaches were very nice and kept natural (no sun loungers, toilets, food/drink stalls), access was via boardwalk over the dunes. The walk to closest beach is about 15 mins, the return is uphill but not too bad if you're reasonably fit. We went to the restaurants along the beach promenade in Arenales, closest is about 20 mins walk. The Unide supermarket is 10 - 15 mins walk. The R10 bus goes to Alicante Airport, closest bus stop is near La Milla Chiringuito. We really enjoyed our stay!

The urbanisation is on a steep hill, so the walk back from the beach can be hard work when it's hot. A car might be useful if you don't like walking up and down hills, or want to explore further.

The host was very helpful and made us feel welcomed. The property has a beautiful view of the Med from the balcony. Also the apartment is modern, well decorated, and clean. It’s in a nice location as well. There are several good restaurants and cafes a short drive away. We highly recommend.

Apartament jest nowoczesny, nieskazitelnie czysty i wyposażony we wszystko, czego można potrzebować podczas wakacji – od w pełni zaopatrzonej kuchni po wygodne łóżka i wydajną klimatyzację. Ogromny taras to idealne miejsce na poranną kawę i wieczorny relaks. Sam kompleks jest fantastycznie utrzymany, a basen to prawdziwa oaza spokoju, idealna dla dorosłych i dla dzieci. Lokalizacja jest rewelacyjna – zaledwie kilkanaście minut spacerem do pięknej plaży Carabassí, a w najbliższej okolicy mnóstwo świetnych restauracji, barów i sklepów. Kontakt z gospodarzem był wzorowy – wszystko przebiegło sprawnie i w miłej atmosferze. Zdecydowanie polecamy to miejsce każdemu, kto szuka komfortu, spokoju i doskonałej bazy wypadowej. Na pewno tu wrócimy!
