La ubicación es muy buena . Muy cerca del centro , en una zona tranquila , a la vez que llena de terrazas . Hay un supermercado a 5 minutos . Es amplio con dormitorios amplios y camas cómodas .

Es muy poco luminoso . Necesitas encender las luces en el salón durante el día aunque es verdad que se suele estar fuera de la casa . Había zonas de la cocina con óxido y las mampara estaba sucia. No había trapos y un poco justo el menaje .

Everything from the location, value for money,decor, cleanliness, letting us in 2 hours early, help from the brilliant hostess, weather etc etc couldn’t be faulted. Fantastic!

Excellent location for exploring Cadiz and travelling by train or bus around the region. The bathrooms have been recently renovated and are very nice.

Great location - close to old city, great restaurants, railway and bus stations, cruise terminal. Not really close to beaches, but that didn't worry me. But the main bedroom window gave onto the street and boy was it noisy, even with the windows shut.. Dogs barking, young folks yelling at each other, kids screaming. And then when all that died down, about 1130, the neighbours started up with loud conversation and music. Their living room wall backs right onto the master bedroom of the apartment. On the second night I gave up and went and slept in the other room with 2 single beds. From previous experience in Spain, I do realise that older places leave a bit to be desired re soundproofing. Bring earplugs. It has a well-stocked kitchen (not that I used it) and is furnished comfortably. The ensuite shower of the master bedroom blocked up quickly within a couple of minutes. I resorted to the army-style shower where you get wet, turn off the water, soap up and then rinse off quickly. I didn't try the other shower because it would have made more work for the cleaner. They need to pull a bunch of hair out of the drain, is my best guess. While travelling I received a message from the owner (?) who asked me if I wanted to change my check-in time. I said yes please because I was arriving earlier than expected. The message (via the Booking.com app) also gave me a phone number. When I arrived at the address, it was not obvious that this was the apartment. No El Mirador (a misnomer - there isn't really an "extensive view") on the doorbell, and the phone number didn't work. I also only have data on my phone when travelling, so can't make normal phone calls - just via WhatsApp. I messaged Booking.com and soon a young man got back to me and told me he had been waiting for half an hour at the apartment. Well, no, he hadn't. Oh well, moving along. He gave me another number which did work, came over and gave me the keys. All good - eventually.
