Die Wohnung hat einen tollen Ausblick auf den See; 3 Minuten zur Bahnstation, 5 Minuten zur Fähre; ein kleiner Tisch auf dem Balkon wäre schön; Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage bietet zusätzlich Platz für eigene Fahrräder 👍; ruhig gelegen;

Schöne Lage mit tollem Ausblick auf den See, sehr geräumige Wohnung, eigene Garage, die Vermieter waren jederzeit per WhatsApp erreichbar. Die Ausstattung ist grundsätzlich auch sehr gut. Es wurde sogar Kaffee für uns bereitgestellt. Tipps: Unbedingt Essen gehen in der Trattoria Cacciatore! Und eine Radtour um den See machen (gute Leihräder bei Iseo Bike in Pilzone).

Etwas magere Ausstattung beim Geschirr (z.B. nur 1 Rotweinglas), aber man kommt gut klar. Auf dem Balkon leider kein Tisch, nur 2 unbequeme Klappstühle. Die Betten sind etwas wackelig: die Lattenroste fallen teilweise auseinander. Die Klimaanlage (wunderbar, dass es eine gibt!) steht leider direkt neben dem Bett - also nachts kalter Luftzug und Geräusche. Und die Armaturen im Bad bräuchten mal eine Wartung.

Great location and very beautiful view on lake Iseo from the small balcony. Nice (shared) pool. Easy walking distance to the village, ferry or the beach. Nice to have a private parking space below the apartment.

On a first glance the apartment is looking very nice - but really lacking maintenance. A lot of lime scale in the bathroom. Both for shower as well as hand tap water went in all directions - but only limited in the proper direction. Fridge with limited trays in the door - and all broken. Drawers in the kitchen hard to open. Wobbly chairs at the dining table (only screws would need to be tightened). Only two of the 4 pits of the furnace worked properly. One mattress in top bedroom was OK (on the right side), other mattress was really bad and resulting in back pain. Plenty of plates in the kitchen, but little cutlery and glasses. No room to sit outside: only two simple chairs on terrace - while apartment is for 4 people. No response at all received on two different WhatsApp contacts when mentioning above points. Information on how to find and enter the parking space was not timely shared.
