Nice apartment in Sankt Michael

Nice location, right off the main square in Sankt Michael. It's a small village, but tons of bike paths nearby and some decent restaurants and ice cream around. Bakery right downstairs opens at 6.30 with fresh breads and pastries. Apartment is really nicely renovated, spotlessly clean. SPECIAL THANKS to the lovely SENORA who gave our son a toy car -- THANK YOU!!! :-)

The only thing was the mattress in the bedroom was incredibly soft. Perhaps that's just a subjective/personal thing, and maybe isn't like that in every apartment, but everything else in the apartment was super and high-end, but the mattress was to the point where you just sink into the middle and thus we didn't sleep so well for the stay.

Moderne Wohnung in Eppan

Super Lage direkt im Zentrum von Eppan. Supermarkt und Bäcker direkt nebenan. Hübsche, moderne Einrichtung. Wir fanden die sehr weichen Betten bequem, aber das ist ja Geschmackssache.

Als wir anreisten war es in der Ferienwohnung sehr kalt (laut dortiger Anzeige 17 Grad). Sehr schade, dass für unsere Anreise die Heizung nicht vorher angeschaltet wurde! Die Heizung hat dann am nächsten Tag gut funktioniert, aber der erste Abend und die Nacht war mir viel zu kalt! Die Wohnungseingangstür konnte man nur schwer von außen schließen.

La ubicación es muy buena , en un pueblo muy pequeñito al lado de bolzano . Está en el centro del pueblo y esta reformado, limpio y cómodo.

Le pondría más utensilios a la cocina . Sabanas en la cama (solo había edredon ) y hacía calor para eso.

Bel appartement, récent, très propre Plutôt agréable Emplacement et belle vue Check in simple Insonorisation (pas totale mais bonne)

Chaleur étouffante dans l'appartement et clim un peu sous-dimensionnée mais surtout totalement éteinte en arrivant malgré la température et volets de toit ouverts en plein soleil, dommage. Matelas mous et déséquilibrés. Communication minimaliste et froide, mais correcte. Moins important : Électroménager peu intuitif (notices et garanties en vrac, essentiellement en italien).

Modernes, stylisches Apartment, top sauber, gute Lage, sehr gute Beschreibung des Zugangs mit Code in freundlichem Ton. Komplette Küchenausstattung, genügend Stauraum. Fahrstuhl.

Nicht zu ändern, aber die Klimaanlage (in App. 4) ist nur im Wohnzimmer installiert, um das Schlafzimmer zu klimatisieren, muss die Türe zwischen Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer geöffnet sein. Und dann ist aber die Verdunklung nicht ausreichend. Schlafmaske können hier Abhilfe schaffen. Parkplatz in der Nähe von 19.00 bis 7.00 beitragsfrei, in dem anderen Zeitraum des Tages nur 30 minütig mit Ticket benutzbar. Deshalb besser gleich am kostenfreien Parkplatz etwas entfernt parken.
