Lo único lindo es la ducha. Es muy chica pero con buena presión y temperatura.
Muy oscuro y muy friío. No ingresa ni una gota de luz durante el día (parece de noche). Y a la noche, la iluminación del departamento es muy poca. Solo un split frío calor, pero no alcanza para todo el lugar.
