    room is clean and bed is so good but you can't control room temperature even there is ac and control panel.

    What a city , what a Holiday Inn. Courteous staff and willing and assisting with transport arrangements. Suitable breakfast. Good location 2 streets away from Halaal food and Mosque. Big size room with big bathroom . Free laundry machine and dryer on 2nd Floor. 400m to People’s park and 900m walk from Tianfu Square metro station. I’ve stayed a Holiday Inns before and this by far the best experience from all stays .

    The hotel is right at the centre of the city, around 15 min walk to major attractions, like Kuangzhai Alley, Chunxi Pedestrian Street, Chengdu Square, Sichuan Museum, and the Central Park. The MRT stations are around 10 minutes away. The staff are helpful. They provided a better firmer pillow upon request. Extra drinking water were provided. The breakfast with good variation is provided. I will considered to stay at the same hotel in future.

    It was our first trip to Chengdu and we only had 3 full days so we wanted to stay at a hotel which was in a good location. Although the location of Holiday Inn Express Chengdu Tianfu Square was good, we feel that it's not as close to the metro/subway station as we like. Given the "Tianfu Square" attached to its name, we had thought that it was located near Tianfu Square but this is not the case. However, despite this, the hotel is still quite strategically located in the city with easy access. The room is clean and amenities well stocked, although we did find the standard room at 18 sqm is a tad too small for us (no proper wardrobe) - but this is on us to not have checked this when we booked...so food for thought for those who prefer a bigger space. Breakfast spread was nice and decent. And staff was friendly and tries their best to assist non Mandarin speaking guests. Overall, the hotel was nice for what we have planned.
