~ All belongings within the unit are owned by the property owner. Anything taken from the unit will be seen as theft and guests may be charged.
Extra Charges and Fees:
Please note that additional housekeeping charges may apply for excessive messiness or damage to our unit or furniture. These fees include:
- White Key Card missing: $30 for replacement
- Late checkout fee: $25 (applies after 11 am without prior approval by the host)
- garbage fee: $25 (for garbage/recycling left in the unit)
- smoking / vaping penalty: up to 500$
- Extra cleaning fee: $25 (for excessive cleaning needs, such as food left in the kitchen/on tables, or dishes not done)
- Towel replacement fee: $10 (for damaged towels, replacement price per towel)
- Linen replacement fee: Varied (depending on the damaged item)

We had a wonderful stay and wish we could have stayed longer! The unit was exactly as pictured and the mountain views were beautiful! The hosts were great to deal with and very responsive when we had questions. We will definitely stay in this unit again the next time we visit!

We loved everything about this property - the rooms, the cleanliness, the communication, the facilities, the view,, accessibility to the town, parking etc. except for the AC. Unfortunately on the day we booked this property the AC was not working due to an accident which made our stay very uncomfortable.
