This cozy home is in the middle of everything! One of the few areas you can actually walk everywhere in Houston. It's just a few steps away from coffee houses, clubs, bars, dinning, parks and must see city classics! Comfortable and charming, our home features artwork by David Miller one of our local partnering artists.
The property features 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. It offers a nice bbq area with a view of the city, and can accommodate up to 10 people.
It is central to everything. The parks, museum district, and downtown area are a $6 Uber ride away.

If all house rules are observed, and no damage is done, the security deposit will be refunded in full.

Great location if you are a foodie. Not far at all from stadium and close to a lot of great restaurants either walking or short car ride. House was clean and quiet. Comfortable area to walk around the neighborhood . Would stay again.

The house was absolutely nice. I booked 2 units which I thought were next door to one another. The houses were actually around the corner from one another but not even a 1minute walk. They was spacious w/ enough room for everyone. However, my only concern is even before I checked in was the lack of communication . I had a few questions that went unanswered , answered by the host not for a day or week, but almost a month or so. Then once I checked in, it was a few things that I needed to speak with the host about and no one responded. I sent an email acknowledging the fact that nobody responded after I paid my money & how I would expect better communication I immediately got a response from the host. The house was nice communication with the host just needs to better before and after check in. Over all it was a nice place to stay
