The townhouse is clean, well kept, and comfortable. The AC, internet, and other features worked well. The balconies are a great feature. The townhouse is a fair value given the high prices near Sydney. The location was good for us visiting the University of Sydney (walking distance). It is conveniently located near the Redfern train station, which turned out to be a plus. There are a couple of nearby restaurants including a coffee shop. We were very comfortable staying there for a month. One personal downside is the art, which is bold and not to our taste. Otherwise, it is a solid place to stay.
