I was say overall it was a wonderful experience. You had to literally pay for everything. They told us 3 cars but its really 5. A grill on the property but you had to pay to use it. Don't understand that because they charge a cleaning fee if we used it but also try to charge us and cleaning fee to use the grill. There was jacuzzi by the pool but you had to pay for the heat in the pool. But you can only pay for the heated pool only if you stayed 4 days or more, we didn't qualify that for we only staying two night.I also didn't like the fact that we had no control over whether the house was hot or cold because there was a lock on it. This was a big inconvenient because we had my nana with us who is very old and three infant babies. They froze almost the whole trip. The beds were not that comfortable but very adorable. For his cold at the house was they should have bigger confidence. I'll also recommend that you bring your own trash bag and if you have a large family to cook for your own pots they have one set pots and your own blankets or you will be cold. Other than that it was a beautiful place to stay. We never got a chance to talk to the manager of the property because they never picked up. They communicate better through text and eventually they would get to your text.They tried to answer my questions but all my questions were not answer which made me suspecf ofthe property at first but in the end it turned out to be good. Thanks for making my mama graduation everything 😄

The hosts were terrible to deal with. They didn’t understand written English or spoken English yet they spoke English and communicated by email in English. Booked the place and supplied credit card info. Assumed all was paid. Ten days before trip they emailed for money. After numerous emails and phone calls we had to do wire transfer at bank. Couple days before trip they came back wanting the damage deposit. Again we assumed this would have been already taken care of. After numerous emails and phone calls again they changed it to credit card. Again assuming all was good they phoned us while we were boarding the plane looking for Zip code. They couldn’t explain if it was our postal code or the zip code of the property we were renting. So needless to say were weren’t 100% sure we had a place to stay until we actually arrived. The dishwasher didn’t clean the dishes so all had to be done by hand.
Can opener didn’t work. No cup towels or dish cloths.
