Fourth floor, Bayside Condo
- Condo updated with paint and new furniture (including king bed, sleeper sofa and sleeper chair in October, 2022
- Overlooks 700 Foot Lazy River & Pool
- Main pool is heated year round (Lazy River is not heated year round)
- Lazy River open year round, was drained for a week, Winter of 2022, for maintenance and updates but otherwise is open year round.
- Shallow, zero-entry Kiddie pool leads to Lazy River
- Floats provided at pool or bring your own!
- Two Huge Hot tubs, one stays at 98 degrees the other stays at 102 degrees
- Another large hot tub, two pools and kiddie pool on the gulf side resort
- Private Beach Access, five minute walk on people bridge across Miracle Strip Parkway to beach with elevator accesd on both sides
- Wheel chair/motorized chair access to beach via elevators and newly installed ramp onto beach.
- Complementary Beach Service Included, Two Chairs and an Umbrella are reserved for you on the private Beach each day of your stay Mar 1 though Oct 31). Normal rental is $50-$100/Day.
- Easy Access to Destin and Ft Walton
- King bedroom and Private bathroom
- Bunk beds in semi-private alcove with TV and bathroom, (this is the second bedroom).
- Full Kitchen with coffee maker, utensils and cookware.
- Living room with Queen Sleeper-Sofa and twin sleeper-chair (Twin sleeper chair would fit a pre-teen for sleeping purposes)
- Balcony overlooking Chocktawatchee Bay, Pool and Lazy River

- Ten minute walk to Boardwalk with Rocking Tacos, ALs Burgers, AJs Shrimp.

Lovely place good views could’ve been a little more clean lots of stuff under the couch and gritty floor had to sweep real good when we got there but overall very nice place to stay and the host were very nice and informative

Everyyhing went well a few issues with pool and hot tub was taken care of only 1 thing didnt like someone came in room without my knowledge replaced bands to pool area

We had a wonderful family beach vacation. Condo was perfect for our family. Easy access to the lazy river and beach.
