About this villa rental
Villa Margarita is a welcoming and secure residence, ideal for families seeking comfort and tranquillity near the centre of Carvoeiro.
The spacious living room offers an inviting environment for moments of socialising and group relaxation.
On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed en suite with a bathtub, a bedroom with two single beds en suite with a shower and a service bathroom.
On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed en suite with a shower, which has a sunny balcony with a sea view.
The kitchen is fully equipped, ready to prepare delicious family meals.
On the outside, the walled property offers a heatable swimming pool (additional cost) surrounded by well-maintained gardens, as well as a barbecue area and outdoor dining zone, perfect for enjoying the mild Algarve climate.
Located near the centre of Carvoeiro, this villa is close to the beach, shops, the local market and various activities, such as golf, tennis and water parks.
The moving day for this property is on Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).
If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making a reservation, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.
This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).
Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.
Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.
Group deposit: €200 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival.
Please note that the occupancy of this property is for 6 guests.
The 7th guest will be charged an additional fee which includes an extra bed.
According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Margarita. The house is incredibly cozy, clean, and felt very safe and secure for the whole family. The layout is excellent, with spacious en-suite bedrooms that gave everyone plenty of comfort. The highlight for us was definitely the first-floor bedroom balcony with its beautiful view of the sea. The outside area is completely enclosed and private, with a lovely pool and a great BBQ setup where we enjoyed most of our dinners. Being so close to the center of Carvoeiro made it very easy to visit the beach, shops, and the local market.

We loved the house, and the outdoor spaces were so safe and private for our children. The garden is beautifully kept, and the pool was the highlight of our trip. Being so close to the town center made everything easy. We also enjoyed dinner at a lovely traditional restaurant overlooking the cliffs.

The house is wonderful and very well located for those who like golf and tennis. The pool was refreshing, and the heated option was a great addition for the kids. Everything was clean and the check-in process was very smooth. We also enjoyed dinner at a local seafood spot with a great atmosphere.
