This beautiful Property is located in a quiet and safe street, 4 blocks from Copacabana beach and 100 meters from Cardeal Arcoverde subway station. Building with 24-hour reception, workstation room. Excellent for couples or singles who demand quality, security and tranquility.
In the living room you will find a sofa, which sleeps one person, a table with 4 comfortable chairs, split air conditioning and SmartTV. Room equipped with a double bed, SmartTV, wardrobe and split air conditioning. Well equipped kitchen with frost-free refrigerator, 4-burner induction hob, oven, microwave, water filter, washer/dryer and basic kitchen utensils. View to the back of the building, very quiet. High speed wifi internet included in the price. Attention: THE 2 TVS DO NOT HAVE OPEN OR CLOSED TV SIGNAL, THEY WORK ONLY AS STREAMING.
WE PROVIDE WHITE BED LINEN AND TOWELS, BLANKETS AND PILLOWS.
