Summary:
Villa Ilios is part of a unique and very popular sea view project named “Olive Stone Villas”. It is located above the bay of Paleros, with stunning views of the town of Paleros and the Ionian Islands. This small deep-rooted town is equipped with all the essential stores and variety of bars and restaurants together with the warm sandy beaches are within walking distance. The Acarnanian mountains will welcome all its nature loving tourists that want to visit or hike. The amazing color of the Ionian Sea, being complimented perfectly by the lush colored Acarnanian Mountains, gives a unique experience to be remembered. This small town is loved by many tourists that visit the Ionian.
The Space:
Stylish 3 bed villa with amazing views of the Bay of Paleros
Created in two parts, the main villa consisting of the master bedroom, kitchen and lounge, and a further two guest bedrooms are divided from the villa by a decked external living area making a perfect family villa.
The master bedroom offers incredible views over the bay of Paleros and the glistening of the sea. With a large double bed and a cocomat mattress to ensure the best sleep you can experience, you will be totally rejuvenated from the hustle of everyday life. The master also boasts an en-suite bathroom with separate W.C, rain shower and stone wash basin. Built in wardrobes give plenty of storage space and a desk area is large enough for a laptop and general items.
The lounge and kitchen have perfect views from the French glass sliding doors that run the entire length of the room and open out to the external areas and the pool. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with the all the essentials required, coffee maker, microwave, oven, hob, toaster, kettle and washing machine. The lounge offers seating where you can watch the sunset and envisage the beauty of tomorrow, read a book or watch the latest films on the 50" Smart TV. A teak dining table is placed near the glass doors’ making an incredible setting for evening meals and for extraordinary desserts.
The external area is very spacious with a shaded area if the midday sun gets too hot. Enjoying the unique Greek cuisine served with a glass of chilled wine with your friends or family gathered around the large external dining table is an unforgettable and unique al fresco dining memory.
An inviting infinity pool offers the perfect cooling sensation out of the midday sun, or alternatively, for the sun lovers, teak sunbeds surround the pool enabling the holiday tan to be achieved whilst reading a good book or drinking an ice cold beverage.
The two guest bedrooms are across from the main villa. Both rooms have double bed with coco mat mattress, rain shower, plenty of storage space and a well-lit alcove with a shelf suitable for laptops. and are joined by an area that consists of a W.C and two stone wash basins.

Paleros, a picturesque town located on the west coast of mainland Greece, is situated in a breathtaking backdrop of beautiful and serene vistas and the crystal clear waters of the Ionian sea. Olive trees, vineyards and pine trees extend down to sandy beaches. The town with many bars and tavernas are within walking distance. The most popular spot is the modern and fun Paleros Yacht club that provides all day entertainment and offers sun loungers and umbrellas to relax under whilst enjoying a drink from the large variety of cocktails that they offer or to dine on the delicious food chosen from an extremely modern and tasty menu.
The villa offers an excellent base to be able to explore the neighbouring islands of Lefkada, Meganissi, Kalamos, Kastos, Atokos and the famous Scorpios island. We thoroughly recommend our rib boat day cruise around the many Ionian Islands as it offers an amazing insight to the many beauties of Greece that are often overlooked. This can be booked with us at any time.
Getting Around:
The town centre of Paleros is 500m and so walking is an option. Taxis are available for hire but a car is recommended if the area is to be explored.
Other Things to Note:
We can arrange a rib boat around the ionian islands and other excursions.
We have our own qualified masseur who is available to come to the villa and give private massages.

We can arrange car hire
A chef can also come to the house to prepare meals

The whole family felt very comfortable!
The organisation team was available to us with information, advice and support right from the start.
From booking, booking change, check-in to check-out everything was great.
A very nice, well-kept, high-quality house with a beautiful terrace and infinity pool overlooking the sea and Lefkada.
It is also nice that there is a small supermarket around two corners, which also offers baked goods in the morning.
The pretty town, the promenade and the harbour are within easy walking distance.
There is also a great wellness centre and a yoga loft right opposite.
We would love to come back!
