Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler’s group) from getting to Myrtle Beach, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.
No Smoking Allowed. Violators will be fined for in-room smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 10 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside.
Firearms are not allowed in any of our private residences. Any firearms left behind at a property will be turned over to local police without notice to guest.
This is a licensed and legal Short Term Rental. Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine. Guests are also responsible for following the City of Myrtle Beach's Ordinance rules.
Please use painters tape if you plan on using tape to decorate for an event. If the wall is damaged due to tape removal or decorations, you will have to pay $500 for repainting.

Situated on the north end of Myrtle Beach in a quiet, amenity-filled neighborhood. Not only does the resort have 4 dining options of its own, but right next door is the "Local-famous" River City Café. This is a great location for vacationers looking to be centered between 2 of the areas top destinations: Broadway at The Beach and Barefoot Landing. Both hose many local restaurants and shops, and could fill an entire day's worth of fun!
We recommend a car or rental vehicle to get around town. If you do plan on staying at the Resort for most of your trip, Uber and Lyft are excellent ride-sharing options in the area.
Also required, $400 deposit per pet, if allowed. A background check will be completed as well.

property was very clean and smelled fresh. area was nice and convenient to everything. only con was the freezer on the minifridge was ice packed and unusable

We stayed for a week, our 8 yr old loved having the pool and water slide to play in. The pool was nice and warm, and it was nice to be right on the beach as well. The room was very clean and was enough room for my husband, myself and our 8 yr old. It was a quiet area, but we were there after peak season so everywhere we went was quiet, which was very nice.

Overall it was a nice stay. The hotel room was clean and easy access to parking garage. We had problems with most of the outlets not working. It was in a nice location close to many attractions, restaurants, and shopping.
