Accommodation: My strengths: Beautiful view, at the foot of the slopes, balcony exposure SouthWifi with participation of 15 Euros.Located at the foot of the Tignes ski slopes in Val Claret, this studio has a privileged location, above the ski slopes. Can accommodate 4 people, it enjoys a south facing balcony on the 4th floor, with views of the mountains. 22m2 Ranked 2 stars. The apartment consists of a living room with 2 single beds (2x80) (gigogne beds possibility to make a large bed) also serving as sofa, a well equipped kitchen, a shower room, and separate toilet. In the corridor of the entrance 2 bunk beds of one person (2x80cm), the upper bed is not suitable for children under 6 years (Article 6 of Decree No. 95-949 of 25 August 1995). Covers. The nearest supermarket is just 150 metres away, and you can prepare delicious recipes with the kitchen equipment provided, including a hob, oven, microwave and all the necessary utensils, coffee maker and dishwasher. Then enjoy your meals around the dining table that can accommodate 4 guests. If you are not in the mood to cook, you will find the nearest restaurant, less than 100 meters away! Offering all the modern comforts, the apartment also features communal heating and a TV. Please note that neither the end-of-stay cleaning is included in the rental rate nor the rental of linen and bed. You may wish to add these services at the time of booking. Tourist tax payable on site. Pay parking spaces are available in the station (pre-booking recommended from our agency). Smoking inside the apartment and staying with pets is prohibited. With 300 km of slopes, you can enjoy a wide range of winter sports on the snow-covered slopes of the Tignes resort, such as skiing, snowshoeing, ice skating (exterior skating area open according to weather conditions). In the summer, golf enthusiasts will be able to get to the 18-hole Golf in Tignes, located about 5 minutes away. There are also local shops, restaurants and bars in the centre of Val Claret. The region also has beautiful natural trails and a rich heritage. Thus, you can go on a day trip or practice sports in bright waters such as rafting, with majestic mountains in the background.
