The check-in process was not great. The guest contact did not get back with us to provide the code for the keyless entry after 4 attempts and beyond the check-in time. We had to call the company directly and obtain a back-up code. The code we were provided did not work until 36 hours later.
The space was clean, but the bathroom hand soaps were nearly empty and there were no hand towels. We put them up ourselves from the linen closet. No extra blankets. No extra trash bags for the kitchen- we had one for our entire 4 day, 3 night stay.
Overall, the place suited our needs, but was not cozy and home like.
