The property is in a very quiet, rural setting. Vanessa is an excellent host, and was there upon our arrival to help with info about the property and answer question. None of us in our group speak Spanish, and Vanessa doesn't speak English, but we were able to communicate just fine through Google translate. The property is well-kept and clean, although there's no AC , and some electric fans would help in hotter weather than what we experienced. And a heads-up to uninitiated Americans: like most of Europe, houses in Spain don't have screens in the windows or doors. So opening them up to let in fresh air also means letting in flies and mosquitoes. Wasn't a big problem for us, though. I didn't get one mosquito bite, and they usually go for me, big-time.
