The location of the cabin couldn't be better - we walked across the parking lot to ski! Everything was perfect for our needs as a family of five, and the check-in process was simple. We will be back!

We came to deep Creek for a relaxing trip. The area was very nice and close to the mountain. We didn’t ski, but the area was pleasant and quiet. We’d appreciate if the property manager double check the cleanliness of the area prior to check-in. Water pressure was not good.

Beautiful home, very comfortable and spacious. Kitchen has most of the items needed and beds are comfy. Internet was a bit choppy and not much porch privacy as your neighbors are very close and you're facing the Wisp lodge parking lot so you're pretty exposed.
The main reason for not getting a 5 star review is that I wasn't sent the check-in email prior to arrival and had to wait outside in the cold with my kids to get hold of their guest services to let me in. The code she gave me didn't work and had to keep putting me on hold to correct the issue then finally let me in digitally on her end. She said the next day I will be sent the code. Since we didn't receive the email we also didn't get the hottub code(there's lock code on it to open it) so we couldn't enjoy it the first night. The next day I was text and emailed the codes but they refused to acknowledge that it was sent to me timely. I had nothing in my spam/trash folder and nothing in my rental portal with that information so it was frustrating for them to keep telling me they did when clearly they did not. Just own up to the mistake. Aside from that issue, everything else was fine.
