This 70m Scandinavian-style detached wooden cottage is located next to Lake Nowowarpienskie in a quiet district of Nowe Warpno, an amazingly situated climatic town surrounded by the waters of the Szczecin Lagoon and the Wkrzańska Forest. In the heart of the Natura 2000 area, it is worth a visit, not only during the summer holidays.
The ground floor, approx. 35 m2, consists of the following rooms: Living room with kitchenette, 50" flat screen TV and corner sofa bed for two; fully equipped kitchen with hob, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, kettle, toaster and toaster, dining area as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet bowl. As the cottage is high there is also an upstairs with two bedrooms, each with a chest of drawers and a double and a single bed.
On the terrace there is garden furniture, in the garden there is a sunshade with 6 deckchairs, a large covered garden pergola with garden furniture, hammocks, a fireplace, a barbecue, a garden sauna, a trampoline. Shed for sports equipment. The 2000m2 garden area where the holiday property is located is fenced and therefore perfect for holidays with children and dogs.
