About this apartment rental

Enjoy a panoramic view of the Mont-Blanc valley and the Aiguille du Midi. This apartment is ideal for a stay as a couple or small family, in a quiet location while remaining in the heart of Chamonix. Located just steps from the Brévent cable car, it provides quick access to ski slopes, hiking trails, shops, and transport. Parking in garage and ski locker included.

In France, the operation of water heaters is different from that of many other countries. Hot water is stored in a tank that can empty if there is high consumption. The time to fill and reheat the tank varies between one and five hours, depending on its capacity.



🔹 We kindly request that you avoid prolonged showers or baths, unless you are the last person to use the bathroom and can wait until the next morning to refill it.

This is an integral part of life in France, so we thank you for your understanding and consideration.



⚡ ELECTRICAL SYSTEM

In the UK, the electrical network is limited; if too many appliances (such as a hairdryer and a microwave) are used simultaneously, the circuit breaker may trip. In this case, it will need to be manually reset at the electrical panel.



🔌 Please avoid using multiple devices simultaneously: this system, very common in French households, aims to reduce energy consumption. We ask you to use only what you need.
