APARTMENT DESCRIPTION

Partially renovated, bright 3 1/2 room apartment on the ground floor with a sunny terrace surrounded by greenery.
The spacious living/dining room with fireplace, television and internet offers plenty of space to relax and enjoy cosy get-togethers at the large wooden table.
The newly renovated kitchen is well equipped with an oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and Chicco d'Oro coffee machine.
Entrance hall with cloakroom. Two comfortably furnished double bedrooms. Bathroom with bathtub/washbasin. Separate toilet.
The wonderful, furnished terrace with magnificent mountain views faces south. Morning coffee in the sunshine is a special treat on the rustic Swiss stone pine bench.
Parking space in the garage. Laundry room and ski room for shared use. Pets are not allowed.

HOUSE DESCRIPTION

The Chesa Cuntainta is situated in the area of Üerts, on the edge of the village centre of Champfèr, in a quiet location. Cross-country skiing trails, hiking and cycling paths are in the immediate vicinity. Bus stop, children's playground and grocery shops can be found in the village, about 5 minutes' walk away. Cable car, tennis courts and surfing facilities are approx. 3 km away. Champfèr is approx. 2 km from St. Moritz and from Silvaplana.

Wir hätten uns sehr gewünscht, wenn die Küche mit Standard Gewürzen (Salz, Pfeffer, Paprika, Oregano...) ausgestattet worden wäre. Das haben wir sehr vermisst. Leider haben wir auch erst am vorletzten Tag den Staubsauger gefunden.. welchen wir dann leider aus Zeitmangel nicht mehr anwenden konnten. Daher wäre eine Info-Broschüre zur Wohnung sehr hilfreich. Dennoch haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne mal wieder :)

Enjoyed two fantastic weeks in this spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom ground floor apartment in the heart of family-friendly Champfer neighborhood. Ample, bright living/dining room with newly renovated kitchen. Modern appliances throughout the apartment. Walking distance to beautiful hiking paths and array of winter activities. Very friendly and forthcoming owner. We will definitely be coming back!

Hervorragend ist die Lage in einem verkehrsberuhigten Quartier mit schöner Südlage und eigenem kleinen Garten. Sehr gute ÖV Anbindung für beide grossen Skigebiete/Wandergebiete Corvatsch und Corviglia. 10 Minuten Gehdistanz zum See und 5 min zum Dorfladen, wo es täglich frisches Brot gibt. Wir durften eine Woche Skiferien in dieser wunderschönen, neu renovierten Wohnung verbringen. Die Wohnung hat ein grosszügiges und helles Wohnzimmer mit neuer Küche und zwei sehr gemütliche Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Vielen Dank. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
