About this house rental
Steps from the white sand of Navarre beach. We offer a family friendly rental so you can enjoy everything Navarre beach has to offer.
Rooms are set up with a queen, full and full/twin bunk. Bathrooms are centrally located on both the 2nd and 3rd floors. We offer beach chairs and sand toys so you can have to bring your own. The is a shared laundry area on site. The shared laundry area is only shared between the top and bottom unit.
House rules-
Max occupancy: 6
Check in time is 4pm.
Check out time is 10am.
No smoking on the property to include inside or on the porch/balcony.
Renters are required to be 25 or older to rent.
Full drivers license submitted to host is required or reservation will be cancelled.
No pets
No events or parties
*Navarre Beach is growing which sometimes means there may be construction around the townhouse. We try to stay up to date with building in the area and let guests know ahead of time.
Navarre Beach is the perfect getaway to relax. Enjoy a bike ride with beautiful views or a very short walk to the sound or the Gulf for a day of fun in the sun. Come enjoy Florida's best kept secret-contact us now before the calendar fills up for the year! This townhouse does NOT allow pets and is a non smoking property. Age of guests: 25 years and older
Parking can be a bit crowded during the spring and summer. Guests with more then 2 cars we ask that you use the county overflow parking in the area.

-Across the street from the beach with unobstructed views
-shared washer/dryer with studio unit below
-the beach across the street is never crowded. It’s the prefect place for families.
* We provide toilet paper, trash bags, and shampoo/conditioner to get you started during your stay. After that you are responsible for providing.

This unit was a great value. Perfect unit layout for me, my sister-in-law and our two teen boys. Everything we needed was provided, including beach supplies, outdoor rinse hose, and kitchen basics. Easy parking, easy beach access. Unit is tastefully decorated. Access to unit is up one flight of exterior stairs and across a shared balcony facing the street and ocean. Navarre Beach is a quiet destination with very little commercialized development. We loved the adjacent National Seashore Area and easy access to busier areas in nearby Pensacola Beach and off-island. Thank you to the host for having us!

I loved the location and being able to get around on a golf cart was so enjoyable! The kids and I loved the island and cannot wait to return. The rental was beautiful and in the perfect location! Thank you so much for a wonderful time!

This place felt like a home! We enjoyed our stay, had no problems with the host (most were on my end, not being able to see properly) close enough to the beach, it’s like you’re beach front with lots of stuff to take with you!

This is a very nice beach house. You walk across the street and you are on the beach. It's in a great location. The house is very clean with everything you need. Several restaurants within a 15 minute drive.
