No need to rent a car, although gated parking is available. 10 minutes from Luis Munoz International Airport (SJU) and only 10 min Uber ride to Old San Juan. The location is great. Easy walk to the beach and area restaurants.The building itself as mentioned in other comments is a bit rundown. However if you can look past that you will enjoy. Opportunities: cleanliness- sheets and walls were dirtyWhat they did exceptionally well: communication

The kitchen had ants everywhere the entire week of our stay. We cleaned and sprayed lysol but they kept coming back. There’s also construction of a new building right outside, which is very loud so be aware of that if you don’t like being woken up early.
