About this apartment rental
Make your visit to Raleigh more fun by staying at our garage studio. The 2022 renovated space is designed for 1 or 2 travelers who do not mind a smaller space with a clean and minimalist design, PLUS an insulated garage door you can open on sunny days! Also if you are traveling with a bigger group the attached house offers space for up to five guests, and an on-property guest house sleeps two. This converted space is an amazing location while you explore Downtown Raleigh!

☀ Ceiling-to-floor tiled shower w/ oversize rainfall showerhead

☀ Work desk and chair doubling as a vanity w/built-in mirror and drawers
☀ G**gle Fiber 1 gig wireless

☀ The bathroom is small and may not be accessible for those with disabilities or with larger bodies.

☀ The main house is a separate rental space.
You'll have the garage to yourself. The garage is attached to the main house, which is also an Airbnb. Both spaces are well insulated, but you may hear some sound. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 pm to 8 am.
The yard is shared between the properties.
Our neighborhood is within immediate proximity to Downtown Raleigh’s best. It's a diverse and tight-knit community, considered the most up-and-coming in Downtown Raleigh. It’s a mishmash of all kinds of people -- young professionals, families with kids and retirees. While it is a downtown, urban community, the neighborhood is certainly considered quiet and safe. The property was great, the location was not. My boyfriend and I are from metro detroit area in Michigan and did not feel safe in this neighborhood. Everyone we talked to from the area told us that the neighborhood we stayed in is the biggest area for shootings in Raleigh. We planned on walking downtown when we originally booked the place but ended up using Uber because we didn't feel comfortable or safe walking.
