About this apartment rental
The “Sea Love 1” vacation rental is located in the northern part of the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz, right on the marina, and, with its 82 m², offers plenty of space for up to 4 people.
The bright and inviting living and dining area features floor-to-ceiling windows with a wonderful view of the terrace and the marina in front of it. The south-facing terrace is accessible directly from the living area and invites you to relax in your own beach chair all day long or enjoy a cozy meal at sunset.
Of course, the kitchen is equipped with everything a home cook could wish for and is perfect for cooking together in the evening. The cozy living room features a comfortable corner sofa and a plush armchair. A large smart TV provides additional entertainment—though you’ll likely hardly miss it given the magnificent view of the marina.
A special feature of the vacation rental is that both bedrooms, each with a large double box-spring bed, have direct access to a second terrace. Both bedrooms have their own closet and nightstands. In the master bedroom, an additional TV provides extra comfort.
Those seeking peace and quiet and connoisseurs will also find what they’re looking for. The infrared sauna with a hi-fi sound system and LED color light therapy offers a small wellness oasis where you can unwind after a long day at the beach. The spacious bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, a whirlpool tub, a toilet, a large sink, and a towel dryer, which provides added comfort.
Children are warmly welcomed in this house. A high chair is provided, and a travel crib can be made available upon request. In front of the house, you’ll find a private parking space and a lockable bike shed.
The “Sea Love 1” vacation rental is part of the exclusive northern Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz. Please note that there may still be some construction activity in the area. We’d be happy to provide you with the latest information. However, we do not have any information regarding the timing of future construction work.
