Gîte L'oustalet 6 Personnes

Set on its own lot to the west of the estate, L'Oustalet is an old Aveyron farmhouse that can accommodate 4 to 6 people. It has been fully restored in the authentic Aubrac style, featuring a slate roof and walls built from local limestone.
The living area is located upstairs, accessible from the garden via an outdoor staircase. The living area, which includes a living room and open kitchen, leads to two bedrooms: “Le Midi,” facing south with a view of the Lot Valley and the bell tower of Saint Côme d’Olt, features two bunk beds and either a double bed (180x200) or two single beds (90x200); the other, facing west with a view of the garden and the Boralde de Saint Chély, features two single beds (80x200) or one double bed (160x200). This room is accessible from a hallway featuring a walk-in closet and leading to the bathroom and toilet.
The living area includes an open kitchen, a table for 6 people, a sitting area with two sofas, and a TV.
The private garden is furnished with a table that seats 8.
The cottage will soon be equipped with a wood pellet stove, providing gentler and more pleasant warmth in winter and during the shoulder seasons.
Please note: Since the cottage is housed in a medieval building, there are differences in floor levels between the rooms.

Terrace seating for 6 people, 2 lounge chairs, and a barbecue available upon request and with a security deposit.
