This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips. It has a peaceful private oasis feeling, where you can get away from everyday stress and to just relax in our high end luxury hot tub and enjoy your trip.
Located in a very quiet family friendly oriented neighborhood, close to Lonsdales Quay, and centrally located to many of the Greater Vancouver Area attractions.

Downtown Vancouver, Grouse Mountain, Stanley Park and many other popular destinations are all within 15-20minutes of the house via car/bike/public transit.The House has close direct access to the highway which can take you West Vancouver/Burnaby ,BC Ferries to Vancouver Island and all the surrounding outdoor activities/hiking trails which North Vancouver and West Vancouver has to offers.

The property was very nice. We did find it a bit louder than expected with kids racing around upstairs. We have kids and understand, but i wasn't really expecting this as the listing said no children. The hot tub was wonderful, but more towels would be helpful.

I booked a one night stay at this property. The communication before our stay was fine. The morning of I still had not received check in instructions which was concerning, usually this is provided the day before or morning of. I left three messages through vrbo the day of trying to get the details. I was told two hours before check in time that they were "in a business meeting" and would send shortly. An hour later I tried calling to let them know that we were close and need the details. I got a mailbox that was full. I tried messaging and calling again for the next hour. I also contacted VRBO and they tried contacting as well with no response. During this time I was advised that I should find another place to stay and that I would be refunded for my stay since the host did not provide the required check in details. Concerned that my family would be sleeping in our car, I found a hotel and booked it. An hour and a half after the check in time I got a message with a code and excuses that "it's been a busy day" and "I forgot to click send". At this point it was too late to cancel and get a refund on my hotel. I have contacted VRBO multiple times and the host still refuses to give me my refund. I was accused of lying by the host and asked to provide screenshots showing that I tried calling multiple times and called VRBO, which I did provide, but they still will not refund me.

My girlfriend & I wanted a nice cozy place to rent together to enjoy our anniversary, Pat’s place was perfect! You’ll love it even more in person than in the photos. He was a super helpful host checking in on us and always answering when needed. I’d definitely stay here again! Thanks Pat! We loved it !!
