Wake up in the trees listening to the birds sing! Perched on top of a hill, you feel that you are in a forest in this newly remodeled 2 bedroom condo. The perfect place to stay on your way to Tahoe or to enjoy all the outdoor activities the area has to offer with your family. Placerville also offers a small town charm with local shops, wineries, farms, Apple Hill orchards, golf courses and tons of local hiking trails and outdoor adventures.
Please note, there are stairs inside and outside the condo.

This is a beautiful little spot in the hills with lots of trees. Placerville is a fun little town to explore. You are walking distance to the Eldorado hill trail head. 1 hour drive to Lake Tahoe. You are close to historic Placerville, wineries, hiking, bike trails. Historic Placerville has fun shops and restaurants.
Getting Around:
Several wineries are minutes away. Bring the kids to Apple Hill just 3 miles up the road. Year round family friendly activities at local farms and orchards. This is also a great stop on your way to the slopes in Tahoe. There are amazing hiking and biking trails in the area.

Our stay was wonderful! All the amenities you would need for your visit. Such a clean and cozy place to stay. Quiet and peaceful. Heather and Ryder contacted us with the info on when and how to to get in, and offered there numbers to call if we had any questions or problems. Luckily we had no need to call because everything was perfect.I highly recommend staying here!

We had a lovely stay! The property is in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful views, and it's perfectly located—just minutes from downtown and close to several wineries. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the tools we needed, which made cooking easy and enjoyable. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free.The only downside was the mattresses—they weren’t very comfortable and could use an upgrade. Other than that, everything was great, and we’d definitely consider staying again if the beds were improved.

Overall, the property was very clean and was quiet and restful. Check in was not a good experience as the code was other than we had been told and a cleaning lady had to let us in. It took quite a while to find out what the actual code was.Check in is way too late...4 o'clock. No hotel or VRBO should expect you to wait until the day is almost over before checking in. It should be 3 o'clock and no later. Towels were put up wet in the linen closet, so I had to put them in the dryer, which is no big deal...just odd.The bed and linens were not of high quality but we slept okay. Bath had stick on plastic hooks for towels...no towel bars or places to hang hand towels anywhere. Just overall, not the best experience.
