Located in a quiet rural location just a few minutes drive from Sao Martinho do Porto and within walking distance to the cliff tops and beaches.
About an hours drive from Lisbon airport and with public transport to the centre of Lisbon so you don’t need to take the car with the hassles of traffic and parking.
It is the perfect place to take day trips to explore, Lisbon, the palaces of Sintra, the medieval castle of Obidos, the Obidos lagoon and Foz do Arelho, the gigantic waves of Nazare, historic Alcobaca, Aveiro the Venice of Portugal, Porto, Coimbra, Tomar, these are just a few places to visit, there are many more.
The detached and fully walled gated villa is just 2 years old and 3 bedrooms 2 upstairs both en-suite, both have patio door access to a wrap around sun terrace. On the ground floor is a 3rd bedroom and a family bathroom. Open plan lounge, diner, kitchen with patio doors on two sides to the garden, BBQ and pool area. All windows and doors have electric shutters, all rooms have air conditioning/heat.
It is located in a tiny hamlet called Venda Nova about 5 minutes drive from Sao Martinho do Porto which is delightful town on an amazing semi-circular bay. There are a couple of restaurants within 1.5 km walk and 30 plus restaurants within 5 minutes drive. The closest beach is Salgado, it is huge and one can walk to it in about 15 minutes or drive in under 5 minutes. There is traditional market and an Intermarche 5 minutes away, and the big box stores in Caldas da Rainha at 15 minutes.

The detached villa was constructed in 2020 to a very high standard and completely refurnished and equipped summer 2022.
There is a single garage and a single carport with electric gates.
The garden and solar heated pool is fully walled and gated.
All windows have electric shutters and day/night blinds or curtains.
All rooms have split air-conditioning and heating.
There is a pellet stove to add ambiance and warmth in the cooler months.
Free Wifi, Portable Bluetooth speaker, 55" Smart TV with over 100 channels local, English and European languages.
Ground floor, lounge dining room, kitchen, garage, shower room and bedroom with super king bed (1.8 x 2.0 ).

My husband and I and two of our friends stayed at this wonderful location! It is nice and spacious, newer and very clean, and nicely decorated with great amenities. Unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate with us so we weren’t able to use the beautiful yard area and pool. It is very central to so many beaches and other areas to do day trips…very convenient! Nigel was great to deal with, with great communication and provided us with so much information that we very much appreciated! Also had a couple of wines as a welcome for us…a great touch! Thank you so much!
