Pros: Almost new apartment, nice terrace, the closest beach is OK but there is magnificent beach very close.
Cons: No WiFi and there is very limited sea view. The neighbours were very loud, loud TV till midnight, but once inside the apartment you dont hear them.
Garbage sorting rules are unclear and not folowed by the people on the complex. However the community service tried and succeeded to clean the mess.
