This was our yearly sibling vacation and e decided to explore our own state this time, this was the perfect location, we went north to the Ferry to the San Juan Islands and south to Seattle and all of the fun adventures there. The house was great, and yes it does need new pans, but we made it work. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

This home is absolutely beautiful. Very comfortable and in a safe area close to all the amenities you might want. The hosts were responsive and friendly. If we are back in Everett again, we will definitely use this home agaon.

This is a great property for a small group (3 or less) as seating is very limited (one couch and one chair in living room; 4th person will need to bring in a dining room chair.) The kitchen is spartan; my daughter and I like to cook our own meals and that was impossible here. No mixing bowls or baking sheets, a coffee maker for one only, there is one skillet (Teflon damaged; even bacon stuck) and one saucepan. No salad plates or serving bowls, limited flatware. We had to do all carry out or dining out. The view across the lawn is an elementary school playground, so the noise levels got a bit high at times. The house is roomy, with no clutter, but I'm grateful there wasn't more than 3 of us.

Great house with lots of space for your family. Multiple rooms for family members to relax in, or all can congregate in the amazing indoor/outdoor patio. Keep in mind that this room can be very cold in the winter, but still is a gem to have. House is very clean.

The house was beautiful, clean and comfy. Loved the solarium. Beds were comfy. The only issue we had was that the kitchen was slightly under stocked for the full dinner we had planned to cook.

We were in town to run the Snohomish Marathon, this house was perfected for what we needed. The house was very clean, beds were comfortable, the neighborhood is quiet and nice and we were close to Snohomish. If ever in the area again, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The house was spotless and roomy, plenty of space for all of us to stretch out. Beds were comfortable, shower had great water pressure. Only downside was coffee pot was small and didn't have coffee grounds. But would definitely book again.

We have family in Redmonds, Bothell and Snohomish so this house was located perfectly. It is beautiful home with lots of space and seating areas. The solarium is an added bonus again with lots of seating options. We didn't cook at the house but it is well equipped for those that would. The neighborhood is quiet and on a cul-de-sac. Check in/check out - easy! The communication with Rose was also easy and quick. We hope to rent the house again next year for the annual gathering at my brother's.

Communication with the host was prompt and clear with an easy check-in. The two separate living areas along with the outside space gave the 6 of us plenty of room during our stay. The neighborhood was quiet and the view out the back was beautiful. The only recommendations is to purchase a full size coffee pot and have a few additional linens available ( Towels and Blankets)

This was a fantastic vacation spot for my family. We especially enjoyed the solarium - and spent a lot of time playing games and enjoying the fireplace. The bedrooms are spacious and well appointed. The kitchen was excellent - and my family loves to cook together. I highly recommend this property!! Rose, the manager was very attentive to questions and concerns that we had.

This property exceeded all expectations. The location is perfectly situated with easy access to adjacent cities such as Bothell, Mill Creek, Lynwood, Everette, Edmonds, Snohomish, etc. … basically all areas north of Seattle. The property appears to have been recently remodeled … the inside presents as new. We would 100% recommend this VRBO property!

Just a couple things to consider: bath mats in tubs; few more things on walls in Living Room - it kind of echos in there and feels very sterile; BBQ grill and outside seating. Also, we are very family oriented and that is why we rent a house when we visit there. We have 2 grandaughters who live there with their families and we hate to drive there so we locate where they can drive to us and visit. We felt like that couldn't happen too much with your stringent house rules. For that reason we probably would not stay with you again but it is a lovely property!!

5stars all around, stayed a week when we needed to be out of our house for painting. Good setup for remote work, fast internet. It was hot that week and the air kept the house at a good temperature without any noise. Convenient parking in the driveway. Owner easy to work with. Note that nice restaurants and walking trials are 10 minutes south in Mill Creek.

We went here for a ladies trip to Woodinville/Bellevue. We really enjoyed the outdoor space and spent most of our time out there. The kitchen was well equipped and the check in process is seamless. The home is clean and well cared for. Beds are comfortable. We’d definitely stay at this home again.

Our small family reunion was made even better by our stay. The home is large enough that the four of us had our own space when needed. The back patio, with a lovely fireplace and furniture, was perfect for just hanging out and talking. The beds are super comfortable and the bathrooms are very roomy. This was a great property. Clean and open space; well kept inside and out; 3 nice bedrooms: king in master w/ bath. 2 smaller w/ queens and common bath. Kitchen was easy to use; made several meals during our stay. Really enjoyed the solarium and the propane fire pit in the evenings. Laundry in garage; large driveway accommodated 4 large vehicles. Relaxing neighborhood even with the school across the field in the back. Quick access to I-5 which made most trips for visiting fast and efficient. Airport was 35 mins with light traffic and closer to an hour with mid day traffic. Not sure about rush hour. Surface streets seem to flow well also. Several nearby groceries and restaurants and the cheapest gas in Seattle that we found at a nearby ARCO 50-85 cents lower than other stations.

There’s enough space for all 6 people. Each room has its own lock for security and privacy. The solarium is a great place to gather even on cooler nights. One downside is the house abuts a school so the view is not the best.
