Located in the heart of the 8th Street Market District, this condo is the perfect property for cyclists, families, or the business professional. Our unit is a short distance from Bentonville's acclaimed trails, The Momentary (0.4 mi), Crystal Bridges (1.4 mi), Walmart Headquarters (0.9 mi) and Downtown Bentonville (1 mi).

The Space:
This condo is within a 4 plex building that is divided into four separate / private 650 square feet units. If you choose to rent all four units, it is perfect for large groups who want privacy, but also want to be close to their travel companions.

Mail - If you plan on receiving any mail or packages during your stay, please have it sent to the nearest USPS office. We are not able to coordinate mail or packages at this unit.

Payments collected by The Wanderlust Co are secure. Your payment will be handled safely during your course of business with us. Payments are powered by Stripe, are Safe and Secure SSL Encrypted. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. We only accept payments in U.S. currency.

Rental Fee: 100% of the reservation will be charged to your payment method at booking confirmation.

Security Deposit: For direct bookings only, an authorization hold (security deposit) of $250 will be placed on your payment method upon check-in. You won’t be charged, but the hold means that you won’t be able to access these funds until the hold is released. As long as no property damage occurs during your stay, we’ll initiate a release of the hold placed on your card 7 days after your checkout.

Cancelation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check in will receive a 100% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check in will receive a 50% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. No refunds will be processed within 14 days of check in.

Pre-Check In Requirements: As a professional vacation rental company, we do require our guests to upload an acceptable government-issued photo ID for additional identity verification and sign our terms & conditions agreement on our guest portal, which is where you will be able to view your check in instructions upon completion of pre-check-in requirements. If you are booking a reservation for someone other than yourself, we do need the contact information of the guest(s) who will be staying at the property.

House Rules ($250 penalty fee per rule broken):
(1) No smoking inside or outside the property
(2) No pets
(3) No parties or events

Our host was amazing! Probably why I would pick him hem again. Very responsive, provided great local recommendations and made our stay great!Pictures made the place seem bigger and in better condition than was. Overall it was an amazing and easy to get to place. Access and location of this stay was great

We stayed for a quick weekend while our daughter raced the Little Sugar 20k. We enjoyed the convenience of the property. It was clean and was supplied with everything we needed. I also enjoyed the little touches that went above and beyond to welcome our family. The only thing I’d recommend is a place to store bikes. Even a simple storage shed with a lock on it that renters could access would be nice.
