About this apartment rental
Built in 1900 and completely renovated in 2022 in compliance with the recommendations of the Bâtiments de France, Villa Adèle offers maximum comfort while preserving its identity of yesteryear. The apartment is located on the second floor and the house is only 50 meters from the beach.

You will appreciate the sea view, the modern sauna, the luxurious amenities and the impression of "Belle Epoque cocoon". The apartment has been completely renovated.
It has a very quiet bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm), a kitchen open to the living room and a bathroom equipped with a modern sauna, a beautiful Italian shower, a sink and toilet.
The living room has a quality sofa bed with two places (140x190cm). A small balcony with a table and 2 chairs allows you to enjoy the sea view.
Access to the bedroom is via the bathroom.
At the end of the day, enjoy a moment of relaxation in the sauna and a little drink on the balcony, facing the sunset!
Parking spaces are available in the street perpendicular to that of the villa, rue du Maréchal Foch (paid from June 15 to September 15 and on weekends and public holidays). The free parking lot of La Galiote is about ten minutes away on foot.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor.
The TV is connected, you can do a chromecast, use Netflix, Disney+ or Prime
The villa is located in the seaside resort of Mers-les-Bains, on the seafront.
You will find all the local shops within walking distance in a few minutes (bakery, butcher, grocery store, fishmonger and restaurants).
