This is the perfect house for a large family or groups who want space to share The house is in 2 parts. The Original house with 3 upstairs bedrooms, 1 downstairs. 3 Full Baths. Bar, Kitchen, Den, and the Lake Room. The addition is the theater, Garage, and Garage apartment which has 2 bedrooms and a sitting room. The house sits directly on lake Erie and we have a firepit that is out in season along with chairs on our 'ramp'. There are several very nice swimming beaches in the area. The closest is about a 15min walk or 2min drive. Huron is a fun walking town. We enjoy walking down to the pier, Marina, and to The Pied Piper (a summer ice cream stand on main street) these are all 3/4 - 1 mile walks. Parking is plentiful at our home. There is a large parking pad in front of the garage that we've had as many as 8 cars at (parked 2 deep) and the round about in front of the main entrance easily holds 4-5 vehicles too. No Street parking is allowed. Our home is located in a sleepy residential neighborhood. Great for morning walks but not for parties. Huron's main downtown is a 15 min walk away and the pier/lighthouse is about a 20min walk from the house. 5 mi from sports force and 8.5 mi from Cedar Point. Easy access to the Lake Erie Islands from the Jet Express ferry in downtown Sandusky.
