Perfect place for a small family or small group of friends. We all loved the outdoor space and the location of the house. Very clear instructions for check in and check out. Lots of games and extra blankets provided and a very handy binder that lists all the stores and restaurants in the area. Would definitely recommend!!!

Property is beautiful, quiet and had everything we needed. I didn't want to leave. The doggies loved watching ducks swim by. We loved using the kyacks, sniffing the tulips, and cooking in the beautiful kitchen. We can't wait to go back.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay. The property is back in a quiet neighborhood/island, but is close to anything you need. There was plenty of space to dock the boat we rented, and it was nice being back in a cove/no wake zone. Took many boat rides to see various things, as there is places to eat and even a state park you can stop at and walk the trails. The property itself was excellent, clean and had everything we needed. Neighbors were very nice also. We strongly recommend to anyone looking for a lake getaway!

The house was nice and very well stocked. Needs some minor repairs and to be power washed. None of the neighbors were friendly at all. Although we did have dogs off line which is not permitted. Our dogs are well behaved. They neighbors all acted like we were slum because we were RENTERS. Next place we rent will be larger and more secluded, maybe with a fenced yard. Even if travelling without dogs I think we would prefer on the lake with more of a yard. Owner was nice and quick to fix bathtub problem and again, the unit was well stocked. Needs some outdoor cleaning and some basic reapirs.

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights and had the best time! Being right on the water was fantastic and the house was so well stocked! Anything we forgot to bring was found in the house. Had a weekend getaway for father's day here. The place was beautiful. Planned this trip more for the fishing and it did not disappoint. Caught plenty of catfish anywhere from 2 to 5 pounds. Used the kayaks one day and had a blast exploring the lake. Overall a great time. Thanks

From the moment we stepped on the property we knew that this would be a place where we could relax. The home was very clean and had many supplies for us to use. The boat dock was perfect for our boat and the outside patio area is where we spent most of our time. This was a great place to kick your feet up and relax at the lake!

Our stay was amazing. The hosts has thought of everything that you could possibly need and the details were greatly appreciated. The house was spotless and the decor was wonderful. The proximity to the lake was awesome and the neighborhood is adorable. The people in the small community were so friendly as we walked our dogs around. I wish we could always stay here. The beds were very comfortable. I can't say enough positive things about this property the hosts and our stay. Thank you!

I work a lot! And while I was coming home to spend time with family, I also wanted to just relax. This property allowed me to do both! It was perfect for our family of 5. Everything inside the home was all on one level which was great for both my Mother and Sister who are disabled. The upgrades were well-done and the kitchen made it easy for us to cook just like we were at home. We certainly enjoyed our visit.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Girls weekend - my two best friends (one human, one dog). This was the most dog friendly place I think we've stayed. It was so nice that there were bags for clean up, extra dog bowls, etc. (I typically pack all of that stuff and it's like traveling with a tiny child!) The view of the water is just amazing and so peaceful. The first night the weather was nice and we enjoyed the back patio looking out over the water. The house was spotless and the beds were comfortable. There are tons of extra blankets everywhere so you can lounge around and grab a blanket if it's chilly. It is really an extremely cozy place with an amazing view of the water. I imagine this would be a great place to stay at any time of the year. I will definitely be back!

We were looking for a quiet place to unwind and relax. This area of the lake was just what we needed.

Property is clean, tidy, and really beautifully but simply decorated. Ideal for calm character but not cluttered. There is more sitting furniture in the living space than shown in the picture which was a very pleasant surprise. The kitchen is easy to use and the colors are easy on the eyes. The island is so handy. The master bedroom is nice with 2 big windows that open on the lake side so the breeze coming in is fantastic especially at night. The master bathroom is snug but not difficult to use. The vanity is a little tall as I am only 5' tall but again not too difficult to use. The rear entry point is a little tricky. A narrow space btwn the house and a garage but certainly not impossible or a deal breaker. The view and the peaceful back patio sitting area more than makes up for the minor quirks. The patio table and chairs are comfy and seat 6. I don't know how it's possible (because I visited end of August) but I didn't see it hear a single mosquito and I spent the entire day on that patio next to the grass and lake. Lots of great water fowl, cranes, a bald eagle, a juvenile bald eagle, pair of ospreys, grebe's, sandhill cranes, plenty of vultures, etc. Truely a relaxing and serene place to stay right on the water. I plan to book here again. Cheryl is a terrific communicator too. This was my first Vrbo experience and I'm afraid any others will be disappointing compared to this. She made this super easy. A huge relief since I was traveling alone on a much needed quiet break.

The check-in process was easy, and the property manager was very prompt when we had any questions. Great time!
